I have finally finished this piece. It was a long process. I wasn't sure what vibe was going to emerge when I finally picked up the brush again. The energy I want for this to emit is that of positivity, hope, and love. Not an easy thing to do with such a sensitive topic. How do you create something that is so awful and make it into a piece that isn't devastating for a survivor to look at. I hope I accomplished this. The feedback I received was amazing and I am so thankful for everyone's input. I have made this piece available for purchase as a giclee print and as always 10% goes to help breast cancer survivors.
